Version 1.1 of the nivo2011 theme delivers a nivo page template (nivo-page.php) which uses the header-nivo.php template include to display a nivo slider of the images attached to the page in the header. In version 1.1 the sidebar is no longer displayed on this page template. It also contains a dummy custom CSS file for use with oik custom CSS styling.
